Elles affirment que la technologie des brevets dont elles d\u00e9tiennent les droits a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e sans leur autorisation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un premier \u00e9chec devant les tribunaux pour stopper la diffusion de l\u2019hologramme \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie des Billboard Awards le 18 mai 2014, ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont poursuivi leur action devant la Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale contre Dick Clark Productions, l\u2019Estate Michael Jackson, MJJ Productions, Pulse Evolution, Pulse Entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendredi dernier, la juge de district Gloria M. Navarro a statu\u00e9 que les plaignants peuvent modifier leur plainte pour y inclure la violation d\u2019un 3\u00e8me brevet, le brevet am\u00e9ricain num\u00e9ro 8.328.361.<br>Les plaignants affirment que William James Rock et Ian O\u2019Connell ont \u201cfrauduleusement dissimul\u00e9\u201d la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du brevet. Selon eux, le brevet est une continuation de deux autres brevets dont Hologram USA, Musion Das Hologram et Uwe Maass. d\u00e9tiennent les droits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils pr\u00e9tendent que John C. Textor, un ancien associ\u00e9 en affaires, a utilis\u00e9 cette technologie brevet\u00e9e pour produire l\u2019hologramme de Michael Jackson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Textor est aujourd\u2019hui le pr\u00e9sident de Pulse Entertainment. Les plaignants affirment que l\u2019hologramme Michael Jackson portait atteinte \u00e0 la technologie brevet\u00e9e Musion Eyeliner utilis\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019hologramme Tupac Shakur trois ans auparavant, et que Textor, qui travaillait pour une autre entreprise, avait contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 produire ce spectacle au festival de Coachella (2012).
